Actually, before that I need to arrange for a travel passport. =_=;; I think I was busy playing the Sims 2 on my pc when my parents urged me to tag along with them to the provincial DFA office. Or hmmmm…was that browsing You Tube?

I would definitely go if I was anywhere in the US.>_>This will be sensei’s second time as the guest of honor in this convention.XD Sensei is loved by many!!
And on the note of a yaoi con, I read last weekend that this year’s “Lights Out* or Philippines’ own Yaoi Convention will be held on April 24, in Makati City. I haven’t been to a Lights Out con before and there’s a big chance that I may not be able to go to this one again.=(
Reasons: 1. Makati is so faaaar away from QC. 2. April 24? I’m already lazing around at home in Bicol by that time! WHY can’t event organizers consider students who go home to the provinces during vacation?? Plus.. most students don’t actually have allowance during sem break. Where will we find the money to buy your 300Php entrance ticket then? (expensive for a con, IMO) Plus, the spending money for the merchandise.

Rofllll. None of my Ateneo friends are fans of yaoi, as far as I know. The ones that do like yaoi are still in fourth year high school so….

Flying to Metro Manila for just a con would be impractical.XD I’d rather fly to the Yaoi-con in the US than go to Makati. They sell more merchandise there, y’know.XD

Also, I totally flew to Manila for that anime convention before. Totally worth it imo. True they sell more merchandise, but then you have to figure in all the costs in applying for VISA as well as travel and hotel fees
